Our History
Pane’s journey began in 2006 with Chef Damon Ambrosio’s love for crafting stromboli. What started as a family favorite at gatherings and holiday feasts grew into a culinary passion, with his handcrafted stromboli stealing the show at every event.
In 2020, Chef Damon launched Dishmade, a personal chef service, where his stromboli became a sought-after appetizer. By 2024, the Dishmade food truck brought his creations to local communities, where the stromboli’s bold flavors and quality ingredients made it a crowd-pleasing hit at every stop. This success inspired Pane—a vibrant, stromboli-focused restaurant nestled within Almost Famous Brewery.
